The Mid-Shore Community Foundation was named the beneficiary of the Chesapeake Classic Car Club’s 2013 Car Shows.
The Chesapeake Classic Car Club in one of the area’s largest car clubs. Just shy of 30 years old, the car club began as a Classic Chevy Club and has expanded to include all makes and models of cars and trucks. The club promotes the restoration and enjoyment of vehicles while doing good work in the community. The club has donated to numerous charities. This year’s proceeds will be donated to the Mid-Shore Community Foundation.
Mid-Shore Community Foundation is a 501(c)(3) public charity that serves Caroline, Dorchester, Kent, Queen Anne’s and Talbot Counties. The foundation distributes funds through grants and scholarships that enhance the quality of life for all citizens, of all ages, on the Mid-Shore.
