The occupants of the residence were identified as Colby Lee Swartz, 25; Rebecca Anne Price, 20 and John Nectaire Minion, 28 all of Easton, MD. Swartz was charged with possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute, CDS distribution while in possession of a firearm, maintain a common nuisance, possession of marijuana and paraphernalia. Price and Minion were charged with possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute, maintain a common nuisance, possession of marijuana and paraphernalia. All three were taken before a District Court Commissioner who placed a $25,000 bond on Swartz, a $7,500 bond on Minion and released Price on her personal recognizance.
