Talbot County Chess Tournament Set for May 4

Most people cannot remember the last time a Chess Tournament was held in Talbot County. To correct this situation, Talbot County Free Library, in partnership with the Presbyterian Church of Easton, is sponsoring a Talbot County Chess Tournament for youth 16 and under who live in Talbot County.

The tournament will be take place on Saturday, May 4, and will be held at the Presbyterian Church of Easton, 617 N. Washington St. There is no fee to enter the tournament. Those interested in competing may sign up for the tournament at [email protected]. Registration forms are also available at the Talbot County Free Library.
