Easton – On Nov. 19, Talbot County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to the 25000 block of Voit Road for a trespassing complaint. The occupant said a white Volvo drove down his 1.5 mile lane, turning around at his residence. The occupant was able to obtain a vehicle registration, which the deputies were able to trace back to a resident in Cordova. As a result of the investigation, Austin Matthew Zeleny, 21 of Cordova, was charged with trespassing on private property. Zeleny admitted to being on the property in his vehicle. The occupant of the residence said he has numerous problems with trespassing and the property is posted, monitored and all violators will be prosecuted.
