Fain is recognized in the recent issue of Gun and Garden magazine showing her piece “Flushed”(pictured) as an artist creating her own sporting legacy.

Trippe-Hilderbrandt Gallery is pleased to announce the addition of Printmaker-Artist-Naturalist Melanie Fain to their current exhibition of fine art. “I saw Melanie’s work at the Waterfowl Festival and was captivated”, says gallery owner Nanny Trippe. ”Her work is lovely and I was so pleased when she accepted the invitation to join Trippe-Hilderbrandt Gallery.”

Melanie Fain’s passion for nature is clearly reflected in her subtle yet powerful works of art. For over 30 years, she has brought the beauty and drama of nature to her collectors, offering an intimate view of the natural world.

Melanie makes her home in the Texas Hill Country and travels across the United States in pursuit of her favorite subjects: birds, botanicals, insects, hunting, fishing and breathtaking landscapes. Melanie’s dedication to her art has led to inclusion in national and international exhibitions, feature articles, publication in books and numerous accolades. “I have always been drawn to nature-it is my livelihood, my recreation, my comfort, my home. It is who I am and what I know best”-Melanie Fain

Please come view Fain’s artwork and the other artists featured at Trippe-Hilderbrandt Gallery during First Friday Gallery Walk, December 5 with opening reception form 5-8pm. www.trippehilderbrandtgallery.com
