Each year, during Plein Air Easton, Working Artists Forum hosts the Local Color Art Show and Sale in the Crystal Ballroom of the Tidewater Inn, 101 E. Dover Street. This is a prestigious art show showcasing artists of the Delmarva Peninsula (Delaware, Maryland, Virginia) and WAF members who have been juried into the show.
This year’s juror was Aimee Erickson, Second Place Winner and Best New Artist of Plein Air Easton 2018.
WAF is pleased to announce the 42 artists juried into Local Color 2019. They are

Finley, Diane Joy Laird, Debra Howard, Deborah McFarlin, Fred Craig, Gerilyn Gaskill, Georgette Toews, Joan Hart, Jane Knighton, Jim Rehak, Jerry Serie, Judith Weaver, Katie Cassidy, Kathleen Kopec, Karen Merkin, Kathleen Quinn, Lois Engberg, Mary Clark Confalone, Mary Ellen Mabe, Mary Ford, Maggii Sarfaty, Nancy Lee Davis, Nancy R. Thomas, Patricia D. Lang, Patti Lucas Hopkins, Rhonda Ford, Ryan Jacobson, Robert Manning, Stephen Walker, Sarah Stolte, Sheryl Southwick and Stacey Sass.
This show is also judged. Paintings in acrylic, watercolor, oil and pastel will be judged this year by Tim Bell, Grand Prize Winner of Plein Air Easton 2018. The opening ceremony is at Noon on July 19th, with announcements of the winners chosen by Tim Bell.
In addition, WAF will offer six demonstrations by well-known plein air painters throughout the weekend. All demonstrations are free and held at the Tidewater Inn. The demonstration schedule is:

Local Color will be open to the public at the Tidewater Inn during the following hours.

Sunday, July 21, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00p.m.
