The Talbot Historical Society’s H. Robins Hollyday Collection wheat threshing photos are so special! Our Past Perfect Museum database information states that Joe Watts., on the thresher, and Bill Bryan jointly owned the rig. The machine is a Nichols & Shepard Thresher. Baker Engine. Bags of wheat are to the right. Our database also mentions that a A. D. Baker steam engine and Red River Special Thresher are pictured. These rigs were purchased locally from Shannahan and Wrightson in Easton.
