Regardless of whether you’re a Shop Small or Black Friday shopper (or both), the Avalon is providing some comic relief Friday night with the Upright Citizen’s Brigade, the next wave of comedy superstars. It’s a great way to get those guests out of your house for an evening as well.
Additionally, the annual Festival of Trees, which benefits the Talbot Hospice Foundation, kicks off the holiday season this weekend with events for everyone. Highlights include the holiday trees displayed in the Tidewater Inn’s Gold Ballroom, Candy Cane Lane – crafts, games and Santa at Easton Elementary and the not-to-be-missed Homes Tour of six distinctive Talbot residences. Who doesn’t like oogling gorgeous homes? (Perhaps best to leave the kids behind.)
