What’s the ‘Real Story’ on Obamacare?

The League of Women Voters of Kent County presents a panel of experts on the implementation of the Affordable Care Act (ACA) in Kent County and Maryland – Obamacare: The Real Story.

It is free and open to the public at the Kent County Library in Chestertown, on Thursday, January 16, at 7:00 p.m.

The speakers include:

  • Leni Preston, Executive Director of the Maryland Women’s Coalition for Health Care Reform
  • Jacob Frego, Executive Director of Eastern Shore Area Health and Education Center
  • Amanda Nelson, Lead Navigator for Kent County
  • Julie Handvo, Assistant Director of Family Investment, Social Services of Kent County
  • Lori Kern, President of Chesapeake Benefits
  • Leland Spencer M.D., and Jane Lane of the Health Department of Kent County.
