Shore United Bank has partnered with the Avalon Foundation as they make vast changes to preserve the historic Avalon Theatre during its construction phase to modernize and improve the functionality of the building. While on a mission to foster the sense of community that embodies the Eastern Shore, the theater plays a tremendous part in the creative and cultural experiences that attract a diverse population. Nearly half of the people that visit the Avalon Theatre travel from outside the local area, which supports the initiative of maintaining the attraction. The Avalon Theatre is a hub for community activities and offers several creative outlet opportunities, from music and theatre, to art and beyond.
