On Friday, October 4, at 1:00 p.m., in the Easton branch of the Talbot County Free Library, Jim Klein of Lardner/Klein Landscape Architects will discuss his plans for the proposed James Michener Chesapeake Country Byway project. Klein, with more than 32 years experience in the planning, design, and management of scenic byways, heritage touring routes, greenways, trails, and other transportation corridors, has prepared more than two dozen such corridor management programs over the course of his long career.
