BRUCE HUTTON: St. Patrick’s Day Concert
Brookletts Place / Talbot County Senior Center – 400 Brookletts Ave., Easton, MD
On Monday, March 17 at 1:00pm, Carpe Diem Arts and Brookletts Place will present an hour-long concert at the Talbot County Senior Center, 400 Brookletts Avenue in Easton, Maryland in celebration of St. Patrick’s Day.
Featured will be multi-instrumentalist, singer, and storyteller BRUCE HUTTON, performing on a remarkable variety of instruments, including banjo, guitar, mandolin, autoharp, ukulele, Appalachian dulcimer, harmonica, jaw harp, mouth bow, and the home-made Limber Jack. His concerts feature traditional music of the southern Appalachians, the Piedmont, New England, Ireland, the western frontier and early blues from Memphis and the Mississippi Delta.
The event is co-presented by Brookletts Place and by the Carpe Diem Arts Outreach Fund with support from the Mid-Shore Community Foundation, Dock Street Foundation, Talbot County Arts Council, the Maryland State Arts Council, Brookletts Place, and by individual contributions to Carpe Diem Arts and the Talbot County Senior Center.
