CBMM to host Yoga on Navy Point this Fall

August 17, 2023 by Chesapeake Bay Maritime Museum

Share

On Tuesdays in September and October from 5:30–6:30pm, instructor Colleen Morrison will lead participants through a mixed-level vinyasa flow class on CBMM’s waterfront campus.

Participants are invited to bring their own mats, props, and water. In the case of inclement weather, class will be held the Small Boat Shed or Van Lennep Auditorium.

No previous yoga experience is necessary. A RYT 200 certified instructor, Morrison strives to teach classes that balance challenge with accessibility and loves bringing new yogis into the fold.

Morrison found yoga more than fifteen years ago as an outlet to relieve stress and anxiety. Now, she is passionate about bringing the benefits of mind-body-spirit connections to a broader community.

Registration is required and open now at bit.ly/CBMMYoga2023. The cost is $20 for a single session in either month, $70 for all four September sessions, or $85 for all five October sessions, with a 20% discount for CBMM members on all pricing.

To become a CBMM member and receive this discount as well as all the other exclusive programming and benefits of membership, visit cbmm.org/membership or contact Membership Services Coordinator Debbie Ruzicka at 410-745-4991 or [email protected].
