Join Colchester Farm CSA for one or all of the CSA’s cooking class series, beginning July 29th. The three-class series will be taught by three distinctly different chefs. The first class, on Friday July 29th from 6:30- 8:30pm, will feature Sabrina Sexton, recipe-developer and chef-instructor at the Institute for Culinary Education in New York. Sexton, and third-generation Eastern Shore native, also develops recipes for a variety of clients including the Food Network and the website Daily Meal.
The second class will take place on Wednesday, August 17 with Beth Rocca, Director of Catering for Regina’s Restaurant in West Annapolis and the chef-owner of Rocca Culinary Services.
The third class will be held in September (more info on date later), with chef Jason Hopwood formerly of Kennedyville Inn.
Classes will focus on creating fabulous meals from fresh food sourced from the farm. Cost for each is only $20.
