Experience a real slice of Dorchester culture at the National Outdoor Show in Church Creek, (about 20 miles outside of Cambridge). Although there are activities scheduled all day, the real action begins around 7pm, with competitions for muskrat and nutria skinning, corn shelling, oyster shucking, pole skinning, log sawing…. Bring an appetite, there will be plenty of oysters, crabs, burgers and of course….muskrat.
Doors open 10:30 am and Little Miss Outdoors pageant begins at 11:30 am.
Event events begin at 7 pm.
Admission fee is $6 for adults, $3 children 4-12 years, under 4 free.
