Mark Gadson to release his latest single, Feel That Love Again

Music producer, musician, songwriter, and composer, Mark Gadson, will be releasing his latest single, Feel That Love Again, on Friday, June 7th.

Local Saint Michaels, MD music producer, musician, songwriter and composer, Mark Gadson, will be releasing his latest single, Feel That Love Again, on Friday, June 7th. After a successful December, 2023 release of his very well-received holiday EP album, Happy Holidays and All That Jazz.  Mark has again teamed up with some exceptional eastern shore musicians for this country pop song.

Gadson shared “the inspiration for the song came from my observation that as time passes and we are totally consumed with the many events impacting our lives, the love shared with our significant others is easily neglected, and it is important that we make time to “find that love again” and “feel” it in those relationships.” 

Musicians involved in this project include Steve Lowe, an eastern shore recording artist and singer-songwriter on vocals; Joyce Gauthier, an exceptional vocalist and newcomer to the eastern shore music scene on vocals; William “Mac” McNamara, a favorite eastern shore guitarist on guitar; Troy Engle, an award-winning bluegrass/Americana multi-instrumentalist, songwriter, composer and studio musician from southern Pennsylvania on fiddle, and Mark providing the piano, bass, drums and string tracks. 

Mark received his Bachelor of Music degree in percussion performance from DePauw University’s school of music and then went on to become a percussionist with the Knoxville Symphony Orchestra while doing post-graduate studies at the University of Tennessee. 

Gadson has recorded, performed and toured with an array of respected musicians and performers, including Benny Goodman, Bob Hope, Lynn Anderson, Sarah McLachlan, Andrea Corr and Loreena McKennitt. Mark’s rich and experienced background as a musician, composer and songwriter provides a solid energy and heartbeat for any music project he is involved in. His compositions and arrangements are visionary and distinctive.

He regularly performs locally with the Julie Parsons Project Jazz Trio and Steve Lowe and the Lowe Downs.
