Bountiful Interiors has announced that Jane Keller has joined its interior design team based in Easton, Maryland. Keller is the fourth interior designer to join the firm, which has grown rapidly over the last several years. She brings 25 years of experience to Bountiful Interiors, including full interior design service, color consultation, space planning, custom yacht décor, and more. Keller has achieved widespread industry acclaim, earning more than 30 awards for design achievement.
“I’m thrilled to have Jane join our team,” said Jamie Merida, owner of Bountiful Interiors. “She has a stellar reputation and her style is very consistent with the ‘traditional made modern’ aesthetic Bountiful is known for.”
Prior to joining Bountiful Interiors, Keller was the owner and principal of Keller Interiors LLC in Church Hill, Maryland. “I’m excited to join Bountiful because it means being part of a great team,” said Keller. “It will be wonderful to have access to expanded support services and regular interaction with other design professionals.”
Keller has always been in the creative field, though her career did not begin in interior design. She was originally a graphic designer, and later a creative director, specializing in corporate branding and identity. Her clients included Dow Jones, American Express, and other Fortune 500 companies. Keller also had an extensive client base in the fashion industry, and her work was featured in Vogue, Elle, Town & Country, and other national fashion publications.
Keller later became the Creative Director at Bob Van Allen Studio in New York. There, she directed the textile design, product design, and branding for the home furnishings collection of Waverly/Schumacher, among others. Keller’s textile experience also includes the creation of hand-painted silk textiles for the couture collections of legendary fashion designer Mary McFadden. McFadden referred to her as “a master colorist.”
Interior design was the natural progression in Keller’s career. It provided her with the opportunity to leverage her diverse creative experience to create spaces that are both personal and beautiful. “The creative process is interdisciplinary,” said Keller. “I draw on my experience in graphic design, fashion, and textile design when creating interiors. It results in a more complete, curated space.”
In her free time, Keller enjoys exploring a variety of creative pursuits. Her drawings, photography, and paintings hang in numerous galleries and private collections throughout the United States and Europe. She is also an avid gardener and gourmet cook and loves to travel.
“Jane is just a total creative force,” said Merida. “She sees the world through an artist’s eyes, but she always has a firm grasp on what is practical, functional, and livable. It’s a special combination of skills.”
Keller is currently accepting new clients through Bountiful Interiors. She can be reached at Bountiful at 410.819.8666 [email protected] or on her mobile at 443.994.2934.To learn more about Bountiful Interiors, please visit their website at BountifulInteriors.com.
