That’s absolutely wonderful that Jay Hudson was elected a commissioner. He loves St Michaels, knows it’s issues, and has contributed so much the community already- he will be a great asset! Congratulations Jay!

To Jay, David, and Alexis, the three winning candidates in this election, Donna and I can only say congratulations, good job, and good luck! To the other four candidates, we say thank you for your interest and participation.
And, to the three ladies who sat just behind me at the League of Women Voters Forum and spent part of the evening poking me in the back to tell me how much they disliked my letters, or grabbing my arm to tell me about some guy with flyers or shoving a document under my nose and demanding to know what I knew about it, I only have one thing to say…….I AM SORRY FOR YOUR LOSS!
Donna and I would also like to thank the League of Woman Voters and the Rotery for putting on the Forum and Christ Church for allowing us to use their Hall meeting room. The Forum gives us all an opportunity to see all the candidates in action and has become a very important part of the election process in this town!
