“Under the Tent” St. Michaels Art League Labor Day Weekend Sales

The St. Michaels Art League announces it’s Annual Art Show and Sale Labor Day weekend, Saturday, September 2 and Sunday, September 3, under a tent at St. Luke’s united Methodist Church located at 304 South Talbot Street, St. Michaels.  The show is free and open to the public. Over thirty league artists will display their work. Drop by to see demonstrations featuring various mediums by art league members: Pastel: Jayne Hetherington; Oil: Judy Bittorf and Nancy Lee Davis; Watercolor: Jo Merrill, Marianne Kost, Joan Cranor, and Valerie Sunderland; Colored pencils; Lee D’zmura; Ceramics: Paul Aspell; Pottery. Also, the original framed designs for the “Celebrate St. Michaels” banners that hang on Talbot Street every year will be for sale, as well as actual street banners from previous years.
