On Monday, September 10, at 6:30 p.m., in the Easton branch of the Talbot County Free Library, the Maryland Humanities Council will introduce its “Let’s Be Shore” program in which citizens are invited to share their views on Water Quality, Agriculture, and Land Use on Maryland’s Eastern Shore. The evening will open with a series of video portraits of local farmers, river keepers, scientists, and homeowners created by Easton film-maker Doug Sadler. Afterwards, patrons will have the opportunity to share their opinions about the films and the issues they raise. All library programs are free and open to the public.
