Londonderry Retirement Community Celebrates the Holidays

Londonderry residents caroling in Londonderry Retirement Community.

Residents at Londonderry Retirement Community in Easton embraced the holidays this year by participating in the annual Talbot Hospice Festival of Trees in Easton. Residents Thelma Haney, Dottie Dew, and Pat Lewers created an angel tree for the Festival of Trees which eventually made its home in Londonderry’s Community Center. Thelma Haney used a computerized sewing machine to create the machine-crocheted angels on the tree, as well an embroidered tree skirt.

Residents also organized a caroling event throughout the community in December to serenade and bring cheer to Londonderry residents.
