Featuring the “Finest of Fine Art,” Troika Gallery in downtown Easton, presents nationally acclaimed still life artist, Matt Zoll opening on October 7, 2016, at 5 pm with an artists reception.
A professional painter and teacher, Matt studied at the Schuler School with artists Ann Schuler, Will Wilson, and Gerome Atherholt and was taught the techniques of the Flemish Masters. The intense luster and vibrancy of a Matt Zoll painting is a result of his attention to detail which includes hand-grinding powder pigments and the use of a custom Maroger medium. Subtle yet dramatic colors are a signature Matt Zoll hallmark.
Matt has had many sold-out, one-man shows and currently exhibits his work at Troika Gallery in Easton and in Los Angeles, California. He is the director of the Zoll Studio of Fine Art in Timonium, MD.
