Plein Air Painting Workshop at Tuscany September 14-21

August 14, 2019 by Spy Desk

Share

Plein Air Artists, join us for an exciting and rewarding Plein Air Painting Workshop “Painting in the Heart of Tuscany with Sara Linda Poly”, September 14th through the 21st, 2019.  Sara is such a great artist and a very thoughtful, kind and wonderful teacher!  The experience of painting under the tutelage of Sara in this environment is not to be missed.

Tuscany

September is the best month to visit Tuscany and a great time of the year to explore and paint.  We will be staying in a lovely private villa, 23 km from Florence, located on a hilltop near Montespertoli, overlooking the ancient Castle of Montegufoni. The villa has a pool and is surrounded by a ring of hills, olive groves, and vineyards with a panoramic view of the glorious Tuscan countryside!  A private chef will prepare delicious dinners with wonderful Chianti wine – all meals are included and an excursion day to Siena, luncheon at a winery, and visit to San Gimignano.

Per-Student Cost (double-occupancy): $2,900; Non-Painting Guest: $2,400, note airfare is not included.

For information on the villa and travel, contact Betty Huang, [email protected],

443-988-1818. For information on supplies, etc., contact Sara Linda Poly, [email protected], 703-472-3960.
