Stoltz Listening Room $30
Robbie Schaefer, founder of the acclaimed indie folk/rock band Eddie From Ohio (EFO), is a huge favorite here on the Shore.
His rich musical talent and deep soul have touched many in our community, whether he’s jamming with EFO in the Avalon, performing his solo act in the Stoltz, or teaching local schoolchildren the joy of songwriting as part of the Avalon Foundation’s outreach program.
With an engaging sound reminiscent of Paul Simon, Robbie’s funny, easy-going personality is a perfect fit for a venue like the Stoltz where his thoughtful, upbeat songs and dazzling guitar work really shine.
In addition to performing music from his catalogue, Robbie will preview songs from his first stage production, “A Small Light in a Dark Room” (currently being workshopped). He’ll also share stories from his recent trip to Lesvos, Greece, where he worked with Syrian refugees and shared artwork with them created by children from Easton Elementary School.
