Here is the perfect cure for the winter doldrums ! And a sweet Valentine’s Day gift for your favorite cook and/or foodie. Celebrity Master Chef Mark Salter of the Robert Morris Inn will present a series of cooking demonstrations this winter, beginning with the perfect Italian pasta dish in February, and concluding with the tastiest scones for your afternoon tea in April.
The two hour cooking demonstrations begin at 10am, and are followed by a two course lunch with wine at noon. (No need for an elaborate dinner after that.) The Saturday, February 4 demonstration includes:
