Shore Bancshares, Inc. is pleased to announce that Camille (Cami) Pecorak has joined the Shore Bancshares team as the Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer.
Ms. Pecorak brings to Shore Bancshares more than 12 years of experience in the community banking industry where she held a variety of positions at Easton Bank and Trust including Corporate Secretary, Marketing Officer, and Transfer Agent. “I am very pleased to continue my banking career with such a fine organization as Shore Bancshares, Inc. and look forward to contributing to the continued success of this organization,” said Ms. Pecorak.
In addition to banking, Ms. Pecorak’s working career includes 5 years with U.S. House of Representatives Budget Committee in an administrative capacity. “Cami comes to us with a strong background in banking and administration. We are excited to welcome her as part of our team,” said George Rapp, Chief Financial Officer.
Ms. Pecorak resides in Easton with her husband, T. Jay Pecorak. She enjoys gardening, holiday decorating, and is an avid horse lover.
The Talbot Bank, a member of Shore Bancshares’ community of companies, is pleased to announce that Jane DeLashmutt has joined the bank as a Senior Credit Analyst and Assistant Vice President.
Ms. DeLashmutt comes to the Talbot Bank with extensive experience in banking and credit analysis. She began her banking career in 2007 as an Analyst for the Commercial Real Estate Bank with Bank of America Merrill Lynch in Manhattan. In 2008, she became a Portfolio Management Officer, a position she held until 2011. In her most recent position, Ms. DeLashmutt was a Manager within the Office of Real Estate with the Secretary’s Office of the Maryland Department of Transportation in Hanover, Maryland.
In 2000, Ms. DeLashmutt received her Bachelor of Arts from St. Mary’s College of Maryland. She also holds a Master of Urban Planning from New York University, where she specialized in Real Estate and Community Development Finance. Jane is currently taking coursework toward the Certified Financial Planning designation at Georgetown University.
Ms. DeLashmutt lives in Oxford, MD and enjoys sailing, fishing, and spending time on the water. She is an All-American Collegiate Sailor and Collegiate National Championship winner. Jane is active in her community, recently having joined the Board of Directors for the Chesapeake BaySavers Foundation.
