The Martha Hudson awards for excellence in watercolor were awarded to members of the St. Michaels Art League during the December exhibit at the St. Michaels branch of the Talbot County Library.
The Martha Hudson watercolor contest has been an annual event for the league since 2008.
- Judge Sally Clark awarded First Place to Sandy Alanko with her painting “Classic Reflections.”
- Second Place went to Pat Hanlon for her “Radish Study.”
- Third Place was awarded Louise Peardon for her watercolor entitled “Garden Table.”
Honorable Mention was awarded to Virginia Perram for “Mira” and Jan Perdue for “Skipjack.”
