In November 2010, the Executive Board of the SMBA; Carol Parlett, President,Tad duPont, Vice-President, Spence Stovall, Treasurer, and Jennifer Martella, Secretary, officially formed The Saint Michaels Business Assoc. Foundation, Inc.

After several years of discussion, planning, and support of the membership, the Corporation was organized exclusively for charitable, educational, and scientific purposes specified in Section 501(C).

The specific purpose for which the Corporation was to solicit and otherwise raise funds, and to award funds as scholarships to eligible students pursuing higher education, vocational and/or career pursuits.

The SMBA was thrilled to be able to present our first two scholarships to two very qualified students from St. Michaels High School, and look forward to awarding more scholarships in the coming years to graduates of the senior class of the St. Michaels Middle/High School!
