On Thursday, April 2, at 6:00 p.m., the St. Michaels branch of the Talbot County Free Library will offer a family program of spring crafts for all ages (children 5 and under must be accompanied by an adult) entitled “Poetry Collage Art.” All library programs are free and open to the public, but patrons are asked to pre-register for this program.
