Talbot County Government Celebrates County Employees’ Years of Service Awards

Talbot County Government recently honored 30 County employees with awards for years of service. Awards were delivered to individual County departments by Talbot County Council President Chuck Callahan, Council member Frank Divilio, Council member Laura Everngam Price, County Manager Clay Stamp, and Assistant County Manager, Jessica Morris.

Chuck Callahan, President of the Talbot County Council, comments, “We have an extraordinary group of County employees who work selflessly to serve the citizens of our county. Honoring their years of service is one way we can thank them for their dedication, especially as they reach these significant milestones in their employment service with us. We applaud all County employees for continuing to make Talbot County the special place that it is.”

The following Talbot County employees were honored: 35 Years of Service: Michael Steenken. 30 Years of Service: Athena Ricketts-Brown and Karen Roberts. 25 Years of Service: Holley Guschke and Timmy Holland. 20 Years of Service: Brian LeCates, Jeremy Cummings, Brian Micheliche, Tracy Smith, Ed Fontana, Richard Harmon, Matt Dunn, Chuck Marsh, and Tim Connors.

15 Years of Service: Ronnie Foster, Amanda Lauder, Efrem Murray, Clint Blazejak, John Bollinger and Marlene Gieraltowski. 10 Years of Service: Jeffrey Mayer, Israel Walker and Bobby Johnson, Jr. 5 Years of Service: Colleen Young, George Dulin, Andrew Minner, Robert Smith, Christopher Hood, Dean Samuel and Jerry Stivers, III.
