Talbot Swim Club (TSC) has officially opened registration for new swimmers interested in joining the team for the 2018 season. TSC is a summer recreational swim team for swimmers ages 6-18 who reside on the Eastern Shore.  The program emphasizes improvement of strokes, endurance and fun.  Athletes compete with swimmers from all over the Delmarva Peninsula in the Delmarva Swim Association, a league comprised of 24 teams.

TSC offers high quality coaching and technique instruction.  “The goal of our team is to provide every member an opportunity to improve swimming skills and achieve success at his or her level of ability, from novice to experienced athlete,” said TSC Board President Mike Clark.

Practices are held at the George Murphy Pool in Easton on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Fridays, beginning Tuesday, May 29 and run through the last week in July.  Swim Meets are generally held on Monday and Thursday evenings, with optional invitational meets on some Saturdays.

TSC had an outstanding 2017 season, finishing 3rd overall in the league.  At the age group level, the 7-8 girls finished 2nd, 9-10 girls finished 1st, and 15-18 girls finished 3rd.  The 13-14 and 15-18 boys both finished 3rd as well.
