Classic car enthusiasts, get ready to start your engines! The iconic St. Michaels Rotary Club Mustang raffle fundraiser isn’t waiting until spring.

For over 30 years, the local Rotary Club has parked vintage Fords—beautifully and professionally restored—in the lot at the intersection of Talbot St. and Railroad Ave. for tourists and locals alike to admire. Hood popped, top down and doors open, each Mustang boasts the allure of promise: “I can be yours,” all for just the small price of a raffle ticket.
For the first time ever, the St. Michaels Rotary Club is taking its pony car “showroom” online, and anyone interested in a chance to win a Mustang—or a $20,000 cash prize—can buy $20 raffle tickets (or packs of 3 for $50) at the newly redesigned and relaunched www.rotarystm.org.
The premium raffle prize is a cherry red 1965 Ford Mustang convertible fitted with a 289 “A Code” V8 engine that packs 225 horsepower. Its matching red interior is accented by a wood grain steering wheel and topped with a white soft convertible roof. Power steering, fog lamps, power front disk brakes, a rally pack, and an automatic transmission complete this truly exceptional car.
The St. Michaels Rotary Club is one of 34,000 Rotary Clubs worldwide and has been actively serving the St. Michaels and greater Bay Hundred community for 77 years. All proceeds from the Mustang raffle benefit the Club’s charitable programs, namely its college scholarship fund for graduates of St. Michaels High School.
