The Tilghman Area Youth Association (TAYA) mission is to unite youth, families and community. Through afterschool programs, scholarships, events, and services, TAYA provides a safe and heathy environment where children can flourish and realize their hopes and full potential.
The Executive Director is responsible for organizing and implementing a wide range of elementary and middles school programs, classes and events to enhance the quality of life in the community. 25-40 hours per week. 80% work from home. $25-$30 an hour depending on education and experience.
