Enjoy meeting local authors who will share excerpts of their work and invite questions and discussion on Tuesday, September 30, at 1pm at the St. Michaels branch of the Talbot County Free Library.
Patti Cruickshank-Schott, is a writer and co-editor of the monthly newsletter Claiborne Clarion. Patti collaborates with Adine Kelly in collecting stories, A Life Worth Remembering, about Adine’s adventures during the Great Depression and at Maple Hall, a wonderful old hotel and farm that was in Claiborne, MD.
Sue Ellen Thompson, author of five books of poetry and recipient of the Maryland Author Award given to a poet by the Maryland Library Association. She will read from her poetry book, The Golden Hour.
Mary Eileen Russell, author who will be reading from her novel The Paradise Tree.
Amy Schisler, author will read from her new book A Place to Call Home.
Margaret (Peggy ) Driggs, will read from her book Tell Me Where All Past Years Are and if time permits Alice at Dawn.
