Jazz alert! One of the Marsalis clan, Delfeayo, (how many are there?) will be at the Avalon Theatre this Thursday. Considered one of the top trombonists, composers, and producers in jazz today, Marsalis will be performing with his quintet. In January 2011, Delfeayo and the Marsalis family (father Ellis and brothers Branford, Wynton and Jason) earned the nation’s highest jazz honor – a National Endowment for the Arts Jazz Masters Award.

The Easton Choral Arts Society continues their holiday tradition with Handel’s Messiah; performances Friday and Saturday at Easton High School.
