Sunday- more crabs, Bird Dog and the Roadkings and Edgar Hansen of the Discovery Channel’s Deadliest Catch, all at the Waterman’s Appreciation Day, Chesapeake Maritime Museum in St. Michaels.
Saturday August 13, 1 to 6pm: Cambridge Rescue Fire Company’s 32nd Annual Seafood Feast Steamed Maryland Blue Crabs, Crab Soup, Fried Clams and Fish, BBQ Chicken, Ranch Fries & Sweet Potato Fries, Hot Dogs, Corn on the cob, Tomatoes, Watermelon and live music by Golden Touch. Included in the event is the seventh annual Seafood Feast-I-Val Car Show, tours of the historic town every hour, (small fee). Governor’s Hall, Sailwinds Park on the Choptank River, Cambridge. Saturday, August 13, 2 to 9pm: Annie Oakley Festival Did you know she lived in Cambridge ? Bluegrass music, cowboys & cowgirls, outlaws & peacemakers, old west re-enactments, target shooting games, crafts, food, display of Annie Oakley memorabilia & artifacts, buggy rides, cowboy dancing plain & fancy. 400 block of Race St, downtown Cambridge FREE
Sunday, August 14, 10am to 5pm Waterman’s Appreciation Day
at the Chesapeake Bay Maritime Museum Boat docking contest, live music & steamed crabs. Special appearance by Edgar Hansen of the fishing vessel Northwestern—as featured on Discovery Channel’s “Deadliest Catch.
Admission includes the crab feast, hot dogs, hamburgers, free boat rides, and non-alcoholic drinks.
Admission free for members, crab feast wristbands available for members at $15
per adult, or $6 for children ages 6-17.
