On April 8 through the end of May, the Chestnut Street Studio Painters under the direction of Barbara Jablin will present an exhibit of small watercolor paintings at the News Center, 218 N Washington St, #21, in Easton. The exhibit will include many subjects and many styles, some realistic some fanciful. All paintings are all small, jewel-like renderings. This group of artists presented exhibits last year and are now back again.
Barbara Jablin, an award winning watercolorists, has been instructing students at her studio in St. Michaels for over twelve years. Many of her students have received awards at regional exhibits.
Paintings will be exhibited by Barbara Jablin and her students: Pat Alberico, Ann DeMart, Dave Murphy, Nancy O’Brien, Peg Papa, Jan Perdue, Virginia Perram, Bev Wright and Jo Merrill.
