Children to Create Their Own Picture Books at Library

On Wednesday, August 1, from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m., in the Easton branch of the Talbot County Free Library, Laura Rankin will teach children entering grades K – 3 how to create their own picture books. Sponsored by the Talbot County Arts Council, with funds from Talbot County Council, Rankin calls her program “Drawing Stories.”
