Through August 25, Troika Gallery in downtown Easton continues “CONCOURS d’TROIKA: The Finest of Fine Art,” a major show featuring a collection of exciting new works by select artists exclusively represented by Troika. A reception will be held August 7 from 5-8pm during Easton’s First Friday Gallery Walk.

'Evening Courtship' by Paula Waterman 24x48By definition, the word concours is a “contest of elegance,” a fitting description as the walls of Troika Gallery display the crème de la crème of the region’s most elite artists.

This sophisticated gallery specializes in original, classically-based fine art and offers an unparalleled array of diverse styles and media. Subjects include landscapes, marine, wildlife, still life, figures, florals, fantasy, and figures. Selected artists for CONCOURS d’TROIKA are: Kenn Backhaus, John Ebersberger, Laura Era, Kevin Fitzgerald, David Buckley Good, Andrew Schuler Guerin, John Davis Held, Mark Hiles, Jeanette LeGrue, Raoul Middleman, Terry Miller, Victor Nizovtsev, Gary Robertson, William Storck, Carol Lee Thompson, Paula Waterman, and Jennifer Heyd Wharton.

Gallery owners Jennifer Heyd Wharton and Laura Era are delighted to present these exceptional paintings.

“We are thrilled to fill our gallery with the masterful work of these exceptional artists. This amazing show has been very popular, and we are pleased to share it with our clientele for these remaining few weeks.”

Troika Gallery is located at 9 S. Harrison Street in downtown Easton. Gallery hours are Monday through Saturday, 10am to 5:30pm, and Sunday by appointment.
