The Crashbox Theatre Company will hold a free performance this Friday, July 27th at 7pm at the Easton High School Auditorium. Participants of this year’s summer camp will be performing a Musical Review of songs and choreography they have learned from the Crashbox team of professionally trained actors, choreographers, and musical directors. Instructors include Richard A. Vitanovec, Amber Vitanovec, Andrea Davis, Erinne Lewis, and Brienne Garland. This year’s guest instructor is professional Equity actress Lara Hayhurst from New York City. Lara has a BFA in musical theater from Pace University NYC, and has worked on Broadway, off-Broadway, and across the country on National Tours and regional theatre.
Crashbox Campers will perform selections from A Chorus Line, The Little Mermaid, The Greatest Showman, Cinderella, Legally Blonde as well as many others. Crashbox Theatre Company is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization based in Easton, MD. They are dedicated to the production of quality theatre, providing education and performance opportunities for children, teens, and adults in the performing arts, and to support the theatre programs at Easton Middle School, where its founder and executive director, Richard A. Vitanovec teaches theatre full time. Crashbox Theatre is supported by the Talbot County Arts Council and the generous support of the community.
