Democratic Central Committee Announces Expansion Plans

The Queen Anne’s County Democratic State Central Committee is currently accepting resumes to fill two vacancies for men. As our by-laws provide, the function of the Committee is ‘to work toward increased citizen participation in political and governmental affairs’ and to ‘promote voter registration, regardless of party affiliation, and rational discussion and open debate of issues’. We want to significantly increase the number of Committee members who can take part in these important, rewarding activities.”

To apply for any of these a positions on the Central Committee, one must be a current registered Democratic voter in the state of Maryland, a resident of Queen Anne’s County and at least 18 years old. No previous political experience is required.
