The Talbot County Farm Bureau Board of Directors are pleased to endorse Jennifer Williams, Corey Pack, Chuck Callahan and Frank Divilio for Talbot County Council. We strongly believe that these four candidates will best represent the interests of agriculture in Talbot County.
Williams, Pack, Callahan and Divilio have clearly shown that they will promote and protect Maryland agriculture and rural life, ensuring the future of our natural resources, food supply and rural heritage that are all part of what makes Talbot County our home.
Talbot County’s agricultural industry remains a significant component of the economic base. The major products are poultry, and grains. In addition, there is significant economic impact from industries linked to agriculture.
It is critical that our county leaders both understand and appreciate the importance of agriculture in our county. We must have leaders that will promote and support our agriculture and who are willing to assist our farm families in this financially challenging environment.
Agriculture is part of the heritage of our county and we must have council members who respect this heritage, and who will work to preserve and protect our farmland and our rural way of life.
We encourage voters to join with us and vote for Williams, Pack, Callahan and Divilio.
