Experiment with Origami at the Library
On Monday, August 11, from 2:00-3:00 p.m., and again on Tuesday, August 12, from 10:00-11:00 a.m., the Easton branch of the Talbot County Free Library will teach children 8 and older the science and beauty of Origami. Stitching Time at Easton Library
On Monday, August 11, from 3:00-5:00 p.m., the Easton branch of the Talbot County Free Library will once again offer its popular needlecraft program, “Stitching Time.” Patrons are invited to bring projects in progress (sewing, knitting, cross-stitch, what-have-you) and work with a group. St. Michaels Library to Stage Puppet Show: School Is Cool

Science Unscripted at St. Michaels Library
Maryland Science Center – Science Unscripted
On Wednesday, August 13, at 2:00 p.m., the St. Michaels branch of the Talbot County Free Library will host a program of the Maryland Science Center. In “Science Unscripted,” children in grades K-6 will learn about the air, liquid nitrogen, the human body, and chemical reactions. All library programs are free and open to the public, but patrons do need a ticket to attend this program. Free tickets will be available at the library beginning Wednesday, August 6.
