For the next few days, the Spy will share with our readers the video highlights of the recent League of Women Forum with MD-1 Congressman Andy Harris and his Democratic opponent Heather Mizeur. Last week, the event was held at Kent Island High School in Queen Anne’s County.
The video segments will include opening statements, LWV questions, s representative number of questions submitted by the audience, and closing statements.
We continue with their discussion of what the Environmental Protection Agency must do to stop pollution from flowing into the Chesapeake Bay from Pennsylvania.

Let’s put one fact on the table! Congressman Andy Harris has never addressed, or been involved in the issue of the Conowingo Dam problem. The reason is, the donations from Exelon/Constellation Energy, that he’s received over the years for his campaign. Heather Mizeur has not been on the front line of the Conowingo problem until the election. This appears to be a move just to get votes, and not a heartfelt solution. Both of these people promise a lot of Solutions, but add up the results of what they have done over the years and the vote you cast will be a very confusing Dilemma to conquer.
