Marvelous Mosaics Campers Create a Mural Masterpiece for Justine’s Ice Cream Parlor.

July 24, 2013 by The Spy

St. Michaels Family YMCA once again offered a weeklong day camp in which camp participants help local artist, Jen Wagner, create a mosaics project for a local business.

This year’s camp created a beautiful mosaic mural for Justine’s Ice Cream Parlor, which is owned and operated by Kathleen Lash. Kathleen was delighted to have the YMCA campers create a mural for her store in St. Michaels. At the mural presentation at Justine’s, Kathleen provided an ice cream party for everyone involved in the creation of this mural as a token of her thanks.
The artists responsible for the Justine’s mural include: Brennen Cohee, Arden Dukehart, Schuyler Gary, Brandon Kealy, Ryleigh Kealy, and Jayda Omohundro (all pictured).
