Maryland 3.0: Mushrooms in Talbot County

It takes a certain mind to calculate that the business of growing and selling exotic mushrooms from The Eastern Shore of Maryland can be a sustainable one, and Talbot County native Ian Stenzel fits the bill. The 3rd place winner of the 2012 Business Plan awards, Stensel outlines in under seven minutes the current market of mushrooms internationally and growth trends that suggest that his new company Mycology is on the right track.
