All Queen Anne’s County Public Schools are locking down their outside entrances. Maryland State Police and/or the Sheriff’s department are in the process of assuring that schools are secure.
This is a precautionary action due to an unusual telephone call received at the Board of Education office in Centreville. Schools will resume normal activities shortly.
Student dismissal will follow normal procedures at the normal times. All after-school activites will proceed as planned.
