The Spy talked yesterday to Corey Pack, president of the Talbot County Council and a member of the COVID-19 task force on the Mid-Shore, for a current update on the pandemic impacting Talbot County.
In our interview, President Pack talks about the need for greater compliance with the wearing of masks, smaller group gathering, and greater social distancing as the county experiencing an uptick of coronavirus cases. He also encourages the public to write directly about Council members to comment on current restrictions and possible fines for those found in violation. Pack also discusses the decision to move the venue for the Council’s public comments session from the Easton High School to the much smaller Bradley Meeting Room at the Courthouse for Tuesday’s meeting.
