The recent Third Annual Talbot Cup Dodgeball Tournament was a resounding success and raised almost $8,000 for Junior Achievement of Talbot County. The Talbot Kickball League team took home the Talbot Cup after beating out eight other teams in a round-robin style tournament on March 8 at and spectators enough for a successful event,” said Geoff Oxnam, president of the Junior Achievement of Talbot County Advisory Board. “A great time was had by all in the name of expanding and enhancing the financial literacy programs available to our youth.”

Volunteers included: Megan Cook (Town of Easton Councilwoman), Geoff Oxnam of Easton Utilities, George Koste, Greg Frankos of Pioneer Financial Services, Ryan Showalter of Miles & Stockbridge, and Ron McDonald of Aurora Investment Management Group.
