Donna F. Edwards and Chris Van Hollen to secure the seat being vacated by retiring Senator Barbara Mikulski.
The Spy was reminded of this by finding Van Hollen on the Eastern Shore this weekend. We caught a few moments with him on the stump in Chestertown last Saturday.
